TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines – What was it like in Tacloban City on November 8?

Mural artist, AG Saño, was in Tacloban right after super typhoon Yolanda (international name, Haiyan) hit the city. Saño described the succeeding hours as “anarchy and chaos” — with rampant looting, debris and death.
