IN PHOTOS: Aftermath of magnitude 6.6 earthquake in Masbate

Several buildings and roads were damaged while some electrical posts collapsed following the magnitude 6.6 earthquake that jolted the Bicol region on Tuesday morning, August 18.

The earthquake, which was tectonic in origin, struck at 8:03 am, west of Cataingan, Masbate.  (READ: Earthquake tips: what to do before, during, and after)

The earthquake was also felt inside a store located at Brgy. Salvacion, Bobon, Northern Samar and in Legazpi City, near Ayala Malls Legazpi.
