Millions of users of adultery website Ashley Madison may have to look over their backs constantly after hackers threatened to reveal all user accounts. On Monday, July 20, a hacking group calling themselves “the Impact Team” claimed it had stolen millions of users’ account information as part of an effort to shut down Ashley Madison. The website, which boasts of more than 33 million users, helps people who are in relationships cheat with their partners. Users in more than 46 countries subscribe to the cheating website, which was founded in 2001. It recently opened a Philippine version.
