Rappler assesses how President Benigno Aquino III has fared against the “’Social Contract with the Filipino People” that he made in 2010, when he won in the elections. In a nutshell, he largely made good on his anti-corruption campaign; improved the economy, but the growth remains not inclusive for many; recipients of its conditional cash transfers have grown in number, but they say little has changed in their lives.
