Representatives of Greece’s creditors will begin talks in Athens on July 27, on a 3rd bailout package to the debt-swamped Greek government. The European Union, International Monetary Fund and European Central Bank make up the so-called “troika” of Greece’s creditors. In hammering out details of a 3rd bailout package for Greece of up to $94 billion, those 3 organizations will be joined by a 4th negotiator, the European Stability Mechanism.
