Some of the highlights of the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday: singer Miley Cyrus was the host for the night, and her numerous outfit changes were all equally outrageous. Pop stars Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj, who earlier figured in a Twitter feud and made peace not long after, performed onstage to show they’ve long buried the hatchet. And Kanye West, as he accepted his MTV Vanguard award on stage, declared that he wants to run for president in 2020.
