70% of Filipino employees are “satisfied” with their jobs, a survey from Jobstreet, a job resource website, indicated. Job satisfaction, according to the survey, is determined by 5 common factors: salaries, company benefits and incentives (64%); job role (62%); learning and development programs leading to career growth (60%); working environment, culture and reputation (59%); and relationships with colleagues and boss (56%).
