VLOG: Abaya says alleged ‘laglag-bala’ incidents are isolated cases
As of November 2015, close to 1400 cases of intercepted ammunition have been reported in airports all over the country.

With only a few days left before the APEC summit in Manila, government transportation services are again under scrutiny.

This time it’s over a supposed scheme to plant bullets in the bags of unsuspecting airport passengers in an attempt to extort money from them. 

But Department of Transportation and Communication Secretary Jun Abaya downplays the so-called “laglag bala” scam as isolated cases.
