MANILA, Philippines – Before leaving the Philippines, spouses of some of the economy leaders from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation paid Intramuros a visit on Thursday, November 19 for a glimpse of the rich history and culture of Manila.

Spouses of leaders from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore beat the intense Philippine heat and enjoyed the performances as well as the good food that the host country prepared for them.

FORT SANTIAGO

At Fort Santiago, the women watched a 5-minute performance prepared by different dance groups in Manila.
