Presidential proclamations 26 to 30 declare non-working holidays in Davao City, Digos City, Bulacan, Los Baños, and Tacurong City

MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang on Monday, August 8, released presidential proclamations declaring special non-working holidays in 5 areas to celebrate various events and festivals. 

All dated August 4, the proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Salvador Meldialdea by authority of President Rodrigo Duterte.

The following are the local holidays: 

  • August 19 and 22 – Davao City – Kadayawan Festival and Araw ng Pasasalamat (Proclamation 26)
  • September 8 – Digos City – 16th Charter Day (Proclamation 27)
  • September 15 – Province of Bulacan – 118th Anniversary of the Inauguration of the Malolos Congress (Proclamation 28)
  • September 16 – Los Baños, Laguna – 401st Foundation Day (Proclamation 29)
  • September 19 – Tacurong City – 16th Cityhood Anniversary and Talakudong Festival (Proclamation 30)
