CEBU CITY, Philippines – A woman linked to suspected drug lord Kerwin Espinosa was shot and killed in Cebu City on Friday, September 30.

Llaguno’s boyfriend claimed that she was the niece of the late Crisostomo “Tata Negro” Llaguno. Crisostomo ran for a seat on the Cebu City Council, but was shot dead by unidentified gunmen.
Police suspected that Crisostomo was killed due to his alleged involvement in illegal drugs.
