Day 19, Part 7: Senator Loren Legarda asks witness Tiongson if anyone had ever approached her or any of the people in control of bank accounts in her branch. Tiongson answers, yes, QC Rep. Bolet Banal approached me and showed me documents that looked like signature cards from our bank.
