MANILA, Philippines (3rd UPDATE) – The basement of Gateway Mall in Cubao, Quezon City caught fire Friday night, November 9.
Reports say that the fire started at past 10 pm and was caused by a broken generator.
The Metro Manila Development Authority said on its Twitter account that the fire has reached alert level two at 10:45pm, but was put under control at 11:23pm. There were no reports of casualties as of posting. – Rappler.com
