Gov’t insists Arroyo doctors must testify

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court will decide Tuesday whether or not to summon the doctors of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to testify on her medical condition. Her lawyers say there is no need to do so but government insists her health is a vital issue. Ayee Macaraig has the latest on the debate.
