Arroyo’s new case: the Maguindanao massacre

MANILA, Philippines — Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo faces a new legal battle. On the eve of the second anniversary of the Maguindanao massacre, families of 15 victims file a civil case against the Pampanga representative. They say the former Ampatuan ally should be held liable for failing to stop the crime. Ayee Macaraig reports.
