Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña is eyeing a disbarment case against Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, for alleged interference in tax cases against BDO Unibank. But Aguirre threatened to file a counter-suit against Osmeña, saying the mayor has no evidence he was bribed.
