Preserving the Supreme Court’s Veil of Secrecy

On February 14, the Supreme Court ruled against allowing justices and court personnel to break the secrecy which governs proceedings of the Supreme Court.  On February 28, the Supreme Court issued a second resolution asserting judicial privilege.
