Syrian Refugees Accuse Troops of Atrocities and Executions

Activists are warning of a humanitarian catastrophe after government troops entered Baba Amr Thursday.  The government has refused to allow the Red Cross to access the past four days, citing security concerns. Syrian refugees fleeing the areas tell stories of men and boys being rounded up, tortured and killed by security forces and pro-government militia.
