MANILA, Philippines – Senate President Juan Ponce-Enrile announces the ruling rejecting the request of the defense panel to subpoena some members of the House of Representatives, as their adverse witnesses. Enrile cited the same courtesy was given to Supreme Court Justices and personnel, when the prosecution panel requested the court to subpoena them. – Rappler.com
