Former first Gentleman Mike Arroyo immediately posted bail after the Sandiganbayan issued warrant of arrest for him and three other co-accused including former President Gloria Arroyo last March 13. Arroyo is currently facing charges for allegedly violating the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act in relation to the controversial ZTE-NBN project.
