Bayuga says when Corona was promoted as Chief Justice, salary increase was delayed but reflected in 2011

MANILA, Philippines – Bayuga says when Corona was promoted as Chief Justice, salary increase was delayed but reflected in 2011.

Prosecution asks Bayuga if P21-Million in salaries, benefits, and allowances of CJ Corona intended for office related expenses, not personal. Bayuga says they just disburse the payroll and do not care where they spend or use it.

Defense questions Prosecution’s line of questioning. Cuevas to Bayuga: “Huwag kayong sasagot!” “Your honor, the question is kilometric, she won’t know what to answer!”

Enrile tells prosecution to slice their questions into bits.

Bayuga says liquidation do not reach them, only certification on the payroll. Certification is liquidation. – Rappler.com
