Bayuga: No receipts come from SC on expenditure of Justices

MANILA, Philippines – Bayuga says they receive no receipts from the Supreme Court detailing the expenditure of Justices. She adds that certification is already stated in the payroll, purpose of miscellaneous expenses is already indicated.
