Sen. Drilon inquires about withholding tax of the Chief Justice
MANILA, Philippines – Senator-Judge Franklin Drilon inquires about withholding tax. Bayuga says withholding tax of Chief Justice Corona is based on salaries plus year-end bonus in excess of P30,000.
Bayuga says it is common practice in the Supreme Court that all allowances that they receive is not subject to tax.
