  • Department of Foreign Affairs – consular offices in Angeles City, Pampanga; Dasmariñas City, Cavite; Lipa City, Batangas; Legazpi City, Albay; Lucena City, Quezon; Pampanga; and San Pablo City, Laguna
    • Affected applicants will be accommodated until January 6, 2020, during regular office hours.
  • House of Representatives
  • National Capital Judicial Region – starting 12 pm for Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals, Sandiganbayan, and lower courts
  • Commission on Human Rights – Central Office, National Capital Region, and Mimaropa
