MANILA, Philippines –  President Rodirgo Duterte has appointed Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairman Eduardo del Rosario as ad interim secretary of the newly created Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Malacañang announced on Tuesday, January 7.
