Defense presents 9th witness, Atty. Carlo Alcantara

MANILA, Philippines – Defense counsel Dennis Manalo says 9th witness will prove basis of non-inclusion of Ayala Heights, La Vista properties in Corona SALN and non-inclusion of properties in Cubao, Kalayaan Ave – both belonging to Castillo couple.

Defense presents Carlo Alcantara, acting registrar of deeds of Quezon City.

Alcantara: Ayala Heights title cancelled in April 13, 2010 because of deed of sale executed for spouses Rivera.

Alcantara presents Transfer of Certificate of Title of La Vista property, registered in name of Ma. Carla Castillo married to Constantino, says title of Coronas’ La Vista property was cancelled due to sale to Castillo couple for P18 Million, adds that Castillos bought Cubao property on December 15, 2003 for P10,500,000.
