Osmeña, Lacson clarify if Coronas already paid for The Columns condo in full

MANILA, Philippines – Senator Sergio Osmeña wants to clarify from defense if the Coronas paid for The Columns condominium unit in full. Atty. Judd Roy of the defense panel says deferred payment was used in acquiring the said units.

Senator Panfilo joins the discussion and asks if the Coronas already owned the units as of November 3, 2004.

Osmeña tells Atty. Antonio Hernandez of the prosecution to get the information on payment of unit. Osmeña says it is irrelevant whether the Coronas accepted unit or not because its value cannot be 0 and that there is falsification there. – Rappler.com
