MANILA, Philippines – Senator Joker Arroyo tells LRA Administrator Atty. Diaz that he practically charged the Chief Justice and his wife of owning 45 properties.
Diaz says they just punched in the names of the people that they were requested to search, adds that they are not certifying that all the properties are owned by the Chief Justice because it is not their function to certify.
