MANILA, Philippines – The Metro Manila Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Tuesday, September 24, filed cases of qualified carnapping and robbery with homicide against 6 individuals connected to the death of Kae Davantes.
The filling comes almost 3 week after Davantes, an advertising executive, was found dead — gagged, hands tied, and stabbed — under a bridge in Silang, Cavite. Investigators were facing a blank wall for weeks until the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) apprehended the first suspect in the case.
