Should he or shouldn’t he? Friends and relatives alike of the former President Joseph Estrada say it’s up to him, it will be good for the city of Manila, or he should just leave politics to his sons. The reactions arose over news that the 75-year-old former movie actor was considering giving politics one more shot after a failed but strong presidential bid in 2010. Vice President Jejomar Binay said it’s a decision Estrada himself has to make. Estrada had said he was 50-50 decided because he was born in Tondo, Manila and had become famous as the toughie Asiong Salonga. But his own son and San Juan Rep JV Ejercito said there really is nothing more to prove, considering that his father got close to 10 million votes in 2010.
