Filipino-American on one deadly flight delay

Filipino American Amira Rose Polack recounts how a delayed flight from the Los Angeles International Airport turned deadly. She was on her way back to her alma mater, Princeton, for a fundraising event. As she waited for her delayed trip, a man named Paul Ciancia was dropped of at the airport by a roommate and pulled a rifle out of his bag. Polack talks about going into “survival mode.” She also talks about her takeaways from the harrowing experience.
