Work suspension takes effect at 12 noon Friday

MANILA, Philippines – The Supreme Court on Friday, November 8 suspended work in all courts in the National Capital Region starting at 12 noon.

For courts outside the NCR, the executive judge may decide, the SC said in an advisory.
