At 8:45 pm on Sunday, police arrested Martin Lico, who goes by the alias “Romeo Buluran,” “Bogart,” “Aldreen Daat,” and “Paul.”

Lico is wanted for the kidnapping and murder of Jose Saribong and his driver Jimmy Palermo, and for the alleged kidnapping for ransom of Vicente Cordero III, Emmanuel Boniao, and for the foiled kidnapping of Engineer Antonio Botor.

His arrest was made through a warrant issued by Judge Maria Claire Victoria Mabutas-Sortan of Branch 95 of the Antipolo City Regional Trial Court.
