Dilma Rousseff was re-elected president of Brazil on Sunday, October 26, the country’s Supreme Electoral Tribunal said, after a down-to-the-wire race against challenger Aecio Neves. Leftist Rousseff fought a tough campaign against centrist Neves, fending off the business-world favorite’s accusations of economic mismanagement. Rousseff had 51.45% out of 98% counted ballots.
