MANILA, Philippines – Despite terror threats, millions of devotees participated in the Feast of the Black Nazarene, the country’s biggest annual procession. This year, about 8 million devotees attended the celebration that transported a life-sized statue of Jesus Christ from Quirino Grandstand to Quiapo Church.
