Bomb threat disrupts work at DOJ
(UPDATED) Department of Justice employees spend several hours outside the agency's compound in Padre Faura, Manila, while authorities verify the threat

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – The Department of Justice received a bomb threat on Wednesday, January 28, reports said.

ANC reported that DOJ employees were asked to vacate the compound in Padre Faura, Manila, late Wednesday morning as authorities check the threat.

The employees were allowed to return to their offices a few hours later, after the bomb squad’s search of the premises yielded negative results.

The DOJ compound is near the University of the Philippines-Manila, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeals. – Rappler.com
