MANILA, Philippines – Flights of the country’s major airlines have not been effected by bad weather, although there may be delays on some routes, the airlines said Tuesday, August 7.
Philippine Airlines (PAL), its budget arm, AirPhil Express, as well as Cebu Pacific announced that domestic and international flights are operating normally.
“We have no cancellation so far,” PAL said on its Twitter account (@flyPAL).
AirPhil said scheduled flights will push through, but “delays are expected.”
“Flights remain on schedule as of now,” Cebu Pacific also announced in a statement. However, it reminded guests that “weather-related cancellations or delays may occur at the last minute.”
