Vice President Jejomar Binay revisits his bailiwick as the elections draw near
CAVITE, Philippines – Vice President Jejomar Binay visits vote-rich Cavite a few days before election day.
Unlike previous sorties, Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla is nowhere to be seen. He used to be Binay’s spokesperson, but has presumably switched his support to Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
