MANILA, Philippines – This page shows the official results for the party-list race as tallied by the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC).
This is a running total which will be updated as new canvass reports arrive. Rows shaded in gray are the party-list groups which were disqualified by the Commission on Elections on May 6, 2013.
Two winning party lists, Senior Citizens and Abang Lingkod, had their disqualification overturned by the Supreme Court via a status quo ante order on June 5. Their rows in the spreadsheet below are italicized.
The official tally will be the basis for proclamation of winners. It is sourced from the 1st transmission the precinct count optical scan (PCOS) machines made when the polling centers close on election day, May 13.
The first canvass report already takes into account the votes for all 80 provinces and 25 cities as well as 5 overseas absentee voting (OAV) posts (Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

The figures below also track the percentage of votes each group received against total votes cast for the party list. Groups that received 2% or more of total votes cast for the partylist are assured seats in the House of Representatives.
A separate spreadsheet for results in OAV posts is also included below.
For the 2013 elections, 58 seats are up for grabs. Read this article to find out how the other seats might be distributed.
