But the best is you’re my Papa,” Board Member Victor Ziga Jr, of the first district of Albay said in a Facebook post.

Ziga was born in Manila on September 30, 1945 to couple Venancio Ziga, who also served as former governor of Albay, and Senator Tecla San Andres Ziga, the first woman in the country to top the bar examination.

Ziga served as Albay’s governor, an assemblyman, a cabinet secretary, and as a board director of the San Miguel Corporation.
