Many employees are experiencing stress and burnout during the pandemic. A study from MindNation – a mental health and well-being company – showed that 35% of the 6,000 employees they surveyed were not productive at work for an average of two hours during their shift every day.

The survey also revealed that 23% of the employees were thinking of quitting their jobs due to stress, anxiety, or depression, while 47% said they were overworked.
