MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Two train coaches of the Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT2) collided between two stations in Quezon City on Saturday night, May 18.
In a post on its Facebook page, LRT2 operator Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) said it was conducting an investigation into the collision of two train coaches between the Cubao and Anonas stations.
"We [are] still coordinating with our control center to get an update," LRTA added.

ABS-CBN News reported that at least 5 passengers were injured in the accident and taken to nearby hospitals, according to an LRT2 security officer. Passengers in the affected trains were transferred to another train coach. – Rappler.com
