Metro Manila’s economy has opened up slightly for five days under a new Alert Level System being piloted in the country’s chief economic hub.

Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez speaks to Rappler reporter Pia Ranada about what business owners can expect from this new system, going into the holiday season so important to recouping losses caused by almost two years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
