Before presenting any sort of evidence, the defense argues the complaint is not valid in the first place

MANILA, Philippines – On day 27 of the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona, his lawyers, instead of presenting evidence to prove his innocence, attack what they believe is the crux of the problem: the validity of the complaint.
