Cloudy Saturday for VisMin, Bicol, Mimaropa

MANILA, Philippines – Visayas, Mindanao, and the regions of Bicol and Mimaropa will experience cloudy skies on Saturday, August 1, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 am bulletin Saturday, PAGASA said these skies will bring light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours. An intertropical convergence zone is affecting Visayas and Mindanao.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to north over Luzon, and from the southwest over the rest of the country.
