MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies on Friday, August 14, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, August 13, PAGASA said these skies will bring light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours. An intertropical convergence zone is affecting Eastern Visayas and Mindanao. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the southeast to south over Luzon, and from the south to southwest over the rest of the country.
