Cloudy skies over parts of PH on Sunday

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over the regions of Eastern and Central Visayas, CARAGA, Davao and Northern Mindanao on Sunday, August 16, said the state weather bureau PAGASA in its Sunday morning bulletin. 

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will also prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southeast to south will prevail over Luzon and coming from the south to southwest over the rest of the country.

The state weather bureau also said that the coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
