Cloudy Sunday for parts of PH

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will persist over different parts of the country on Sunday, November 8, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Saturday, November 7, PAGASA said there will be light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours over the Bicol region, eastern Visayas, and Caraga.

Easterlies are still affecting the eastern section of the country. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the east to northeast over northern Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast.
