Cloudy Friday for parts of Mindanao

MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Friday, November 13 for parts of Mindanao, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, November 12, PAGASA said the regions of Davao and Soccsksargen will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours.

An intertropical convergence zone is affecting Southern Mindanao. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Northern Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast.
