Cloudy with light rains in PH on Monday

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will prevail over different parts of the country on Monday, December 7, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Sunday, December 6, PAGASA said there will be cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms over the eastern section of the country, particularly in the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, CARAGA, and provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

In Northern Luzon, cloudy skies with light rains is expected over Cagayan Valley Region, while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced over Ilocos Region and Cordillera.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

The northeast monsoon will keep on affecting Northern Luzon, while the tail-end of a cold front will affect Central Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to east with slight to moderate seas.
